About Brisbane Sinhala School

Brisbane Sinhala School (BSS) is a community-based learning center affiliated with the Sinhala Association of Queensland, supporting Sri Lankan-Australian families through Sinhala language education and cultural continuity.

Our approach

Our school combines language learning with identity, confidence, and belonging. Students build practical reading, writing, and speaking skills while participating in cultural programs that keep heritage active and meaningful.
